Platform Rules
Effective date: February 9, 2026
These Rules define the standards of conduct on the Tnsly platform. Violations may result in a warning, temporary access restriction, or account deletion.
1. Profile
- Use your real name or a recognizable nickname.
- Avatars must comply with generally accepted moral standards. It is prohibited to use images containing violence, pornography, or hate symbols.
- Provide an accurate skill level. Deliberately understating your level to gain an advantage in matches is prohibited.
2. Communication
- Be polite and respectful to other players.
- Prohibited: insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination on any grounds.
- Sending spam, advertising third-party resources, or unsolicited messages is prohibited.
3. Fair Play
- Play fair. Rating manipulation, collusion to dump matches, and other forms of cheating are prohibited.
- Record match results accurately and promptly. Do not enter false results.
- In case of disputes about a result, contact the administration.
4. Bookings
- Arrive on time for your booked game. Systematic no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
- If you cannot attend, cancel the booking in advance so other players can use the slot.
- Do not book more slots than you plan to use.
5. Reviews and ratings
- Leave objective and constructive reviews. A review should relate to a gaming or training experience.
- Prohibited: fake reviews, commissioned positive/negative ratings, blackmailing with reviews.
- Reviews that violate these Rules may be removed by the administration.
6. Tournaments
- By registering for a tournament, you commit to participating. A no-show without prior notice may affect your reputation.
- Follow the rules of the specific tournament and the organizer's instructions.
- Disputes about tournament match results are resolved by the tournament organizer.
7. Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or circumvent bans.
- Collecting other Users' personal data without their consent.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
- Impersonating another person or a representative of the administration.
- Posting content that violates Ukrainian law.
- Using the Platform for commercial purposes without the Operator's permission.
8. Moderation and sanctions
- Warning — for a first minor violation.
- Temporary restriction — for repeated or serious violations (restriction of booking, tournament participation, or communication).
- Account ban — for serious or systematic violations. Banned users are redirected to the ban notification page.
The administration makes decisions at its own discretion, taking into account the circumstances of each case.
9. Reports and appeals
- If you witness a violation, notify the administration via support@tnsly.com.
- Provide as many details as possible: the offender's profile, a description of the situation, screenshots (if available).
- Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation of the Rules.
10. Changes to the Rules
The Operator may update these Rules. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
