User Agreement (Public Offer)

Effective date: February 9, 2026

This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") is a public offer from FOP Holovchenko Kyrylo Vadymovych (hereinafter — "Operator"), addressed to any individual (hereinafter — "User"), regarding the use of the Tnsly platform (hereinafter — "Platform"). Registration on the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Description of the Platform

Tnsly is an online platform for the table tennis community in Ukraine, providing the following features:

  • Finding playing partners by skill level, city, and interests.
  • Booking tables at table tennis clubs.
  • Maintaining an ELO rating and recording match results.
  • Organizing and participating in tournaments.
  • Finding coaches and booking training sessions.
  • Social features: follows, reviews, notifications.

2. Registration and account

  1. Using the Platform requires registration via email (magic link) or Telegram.
  2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date.
  3. One User may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  4. The User is responsible for maintaining access to their account.

3. Rights and obligations of the User

3.1. The User has the right to:

  • Use all available features of the Platform.
  • Edit and delete their profile.
  • Leave reviews and ratings for other players and coaches.
  • Submit reports about violations of the Platform Rules.

3.2. The User undertakes to:

  • Comply with the Platform Rules.
  • Not violate the rights of other Users.
  • Not use the Platform for illegal activities.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems.

4. Bookings

  1. The Platform acts as an intermediary between the User and the table tennis club. Payment is made directly to the club.
  2. A booking is confirmed upon creation on the Platform. Cancellation is possible before the booked time begins.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for the quality of the club's services, the condition of equipment, or changes in prices.
  4. In the event of systematic no-shows for confirmed bookings, the Operator reserves the right to restrict the ability to make bookings.

5. Rating and matches

  1. The ELO rating is calculated automatically based on confirmed match results.
  2. A match result is considered confirmed after confirmation by both players.
  3. Rating manipulation (match dumping, collusion) is a violation of the Agreement.

6. Pricing and payment

  1. Basic use of the Platform is free (freemium model).
  2. Premium features may be introduced in the future with prior notice.
  3. The Operator reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual property

  1. All Platform elements (design, code, logos, texts) are the property of the Operator or are used on a lawful basis.
  2. Content created by the User (reviews, photos) remains the User's property. By posting content, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  2. The Operator is not responsible for Users' actions outside the Platform (including behavior during in-person meetings).
  3. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use the Platform.
  4. The Operator's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for services over the last 12 months.

9. Dispute resolution

  1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Claims are sent to support@tnsly.com.
  2. The claim review period is 30 calendar days.
  3. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

10. Suspension and termination

  1. The User may delete their account at any time through profile settings or by contacting us at support@tnsly.com. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  2. Account deletion is not available for club owners (ownership must first be transferred to another administrator) and platform administrators (the admin role must first be removed).
  3. The Operator may suspend or delete a User's account in the event of a violation of the Agreement or the Platform Rules.
  4. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement. We will notify users of significant changes via a notification on the Platform no later than 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
